WORTHY Personal Training

One hour personal training sessions that include corrective exercise, strength exercises, and light cardio. After your initial assessment, you are matched with one of our highly experienced, Certified Personal Trainers. This option is best for individuals with past injuries, difficulties with movement patterns, or for those that want a one-on-one session.

WORTHY ADAPTIVE FITNESS
PRIVATE TRAINING (45-60 minutes, 1-1)
Personal training that includes exercises that are modified or adapted to train individuals with disabilities.

Worthy Total Fitness (WTF) is a 5,500 square foot, custom-built training facility in Columbus, Ohio, in the heart of Creekside, Gahanna. Our goal is to coach clients in an energetic, positive, and motivating environment. Our unique progress monitoring system measures athleticism through strength, cardio, mobility, flexibility, agility, and conditioning and brings out your inner competitor.
Our training options include Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, Endurance & Conditioning Training, Deep Stretch, Athlete Speed & Agility Training, & Adapted Training.
For each client, we adapt, modify, design, and challenge to their level. We identify strengths and weaknesses in order to set, reach, and hold you accountable to your fitness goals. On top of that, we have a pretty cool WORTHY community.
